Our Two Consultation Options
We offer two points of contact to suit your needs. Whether you'd simply like to learn more or wish to speak with a physician, please choose the option that best fits your situation.
If you're unsure which to choose, please start with a Treatment Consultation handled by our staff.
PREPARATION
What We'll Ask During Your Appointment
On the day, our staff or physician will mainly ask you about the following. Please feel free to start with whatever is easiest to talk about.
What We'll Ask in a Treatment Consultation (Staff)
- Your current situation and any concerns
- Anything you'd like to know more about or confirm regarding treatment
What We'll Ask in an Online Consultation (Physician)
- Your history to date and current condition
- When you were diagnosed and your previous treatments
- Current medications and medical history
- Any test results you have on hand (only what you're able to provide)
Preparing in Advance
You're welcome to consult us even if you don't have all your documents—whatever you're able to prepare is perfectly fine. If you have a medical certificate, test results, or a medication record book, please keep them on hand during your appointment.

Start with a staff consultation

Book a Treatment Consultation
Fill in the required details on the form via the "Treatment Consultation" button to request your booking.
STEP02
Have your online consultation with our staff
We'll guide you through the process, costs, and the documents you'll need.
STEP03
Proceed to a physician's consultation if needed
If a medical assessment is needed, we'll guide you to an Online Consultation.

Book an Online Consultation (Self-Pay)
You can book directly via the "Online Consultation" button.
STEP02
Have your online consultation with a physician
The physician will listen carefully to your current symptoms and history, and respond to you directly.
STEP03
Receive recommendations for your next steps
We'll explain your treatment suitability and the next steps.
Payment
Fees and Payment
Here is a summary of the fees for each option, along with payment methods and timing.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us know as early as possible.
- Up to the day before your appointment: Cancellation free of charge
- On the day of your appointment: Cancellation not available
- No-show: The ¥11,000 (tax incl.) paid as a "booking fee" at the time of reservation will be applied toward the cancellation fee.
- How to cancel: Please do so via "Booking Details" in the medical app "melmo".
