Clinical & Daily Living Support
Patient Services
Receiving treatment should not, in itself, become a burden for patients and their families.
In addition to providing advanced medical care, we place equal importance on creating a supportive environment that helps patients manage both their treatment visits and their daily lives.
"Living with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a progressive neurodegenerative disease, makes it especially important to preserve both physical and emotional well-being, allowing patients to focus on treatment while maintaining peace of mind throughout their care journey. To optimize and sustain treatment efficacy, patients are required to attend the clinic for five consecutive days during each treatment cycle. For individuals traveling long distances or experiencing physical limitations, this requirement may create significant logistical and emotional challenges. Recognizing that quality care extends beyond the treatment itself, we have established a comprehensive support framework to help address these challenges. Our goal is to reduce barriers to access and ensure that every patient can pursue the most appropriate treatment in a supportive and comfortable environment."
Support for Japanese Patients
Support for Patients Residing in Japan
We offer support designed to ease the physical demands of long-distance travel and to address concerns related to family members accompanying patients during treatment. By minimizing travel-related stress as much as possible, patients can spend their five-day intensive treatment period in a comfortable and supportive environment.
Patients enrolled in Japan’s Long-Term Care Insurance or National Health Insurance programs may be eligible for partial insurance coverage.

"A stay in an unfamiliar environment can be stressful. However, having experienced staff nearby provides reassurance for both patients and their families, allowing everyone to rest. Freed from concerns about transportation, meals, and daily care, patients can conserve their energy and focus on recovery and well-being. Our approach extends beyond intravenous therapy to ensure that every aspect of the stay supports comfort, recovery, and quality of life."

In daily life with ALS, rehabilitation goes beyond simple training. Professional support helps maximize current abilities in practical activities such as eating, toileting, and dressing, while also building patients’ confidence. Nighttime monitoring further supports family caregivers’ rest and helps maintain overall balance in daily life.
Our role extends beyond providing medical care. We aim to support a calm and secure daily life for patients and their families throughout the treatment journey.
